Products can be shipped by Flux Boutique worldwide, at the destination indicated by the user in the order form.

We use the courier company ACS for orders sent in Greece and Greek Post for the rest of the world.

Cost of shipping in Greece is free and it takes 1-3 business days.

For any other destination, there is a flat rate of 7€ and delivery varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country.

All the jewelry sold by Flux Boutique is produced in Greece .We are making an effort to have everything in stock but this is not always possible. If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within one business day. If your order is custom made or not in stock, please allow us five to seven working days to prepare it. In any case, we make sure to inform you per email about all the details concerning the shipping and delivery of your order.

*The Company is not responsible for any delay in fulfillment (including delivery) due to reasons that cannot be attributed to the Company or due to force majeure and as such is entitled to an extension of time for fulfillment. If such events last more than one month, the contract may be terminated by any party without compensation.

*In any event of delay in delivery beyond the agreed time, the user shall require the Company to make delivery within an additional period of time depending on the circumstances and only if the products are not delivered within that additional time limit shall the user be entitled to terminate the contract.

*The ownership of the products is transferred after the full payment of the price. The risk of loss or damage to the goods, is transferred to the user, when he or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, has acquired the physical possession of the products. However, the risk is transferred to the user upon delivery to a carrier if the user requested that the products be transported by a carrier of his choice and which was not offered by the Company.

You have the right to return the products, free of charge and without justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products according to EU rules. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and we have not received your returned item or an online notification (email) concerning your return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that all shipping fees are your responsibility.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned products should also be accompanied by relevant purchase and delivery documents. In the case of a refund, you only bear the immediate shipping cost of returning the product.

Non-refundable:

• Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Return of customized products cannot be accepted.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Processing your return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit -except shipping costs-will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

​If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to you at your expense.

Defect of Product

In the event of the company being liable for a genuine defect or for lack of a contractual status of the product, you are entitled to: a) require, without any charge, to correct or replace the product with another, unless such action is impossible or (b) withdraw from the contract of sale, unless this is an insignificant actual defect. If you choose to correct or replace the product, we must correct or replace it within a reasonable time without, in this case, charging new shipping costs. The above user rights are expired after one year.

Refunds

​For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

​Gifts

If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Please remember that we need to be notified within 14 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.
