Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. The company Flux Boutique reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the online store, at any time it deems necessary, and undertakes the responsibility to inform the consumers of any changes, through the pages of this online store.

The company is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information provided in the online store, regarding the identity of the company as well as the transactions provided through the online store. The company, under good faith, is not responsible for nor is bound by, electronic records made by mistake or omission in the course of common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it finds them.
The Company bears no responsibility and does not cover any differences in the prices of products purchased from a physical store, if the user has discovered the existence of a lower price in the store or vice versa.
Limitation of liability
The company cannot guarantee that the pages, services, options and contents of the Website will be provided without interruption, without errors and that errors will be corrected. It also does not guarantee that the website or any other affiliate site or servers through which they are made available to the user are provided without any “viruses” or other harmful components. The company is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for direct or indirect, positive or consequential damages, which may result from the inability to use the website and any errors, interruptions, defects or delays in the operation of the website or transmitting information through the internet. The company cannot guarantee the availability of the products but will make every effort to inform the user in a timely manner of their unavailability. Also, the company is not responsible for any technical or typographical errors in the prices or features of the products.
To the extent permitted by law, neither the company nor any of its employees, agents, affiliates, or others involved in the creation, promotion or otherwise provision of the website and its content are responsible for : (i) any criminal, special, indirect or consequential loss, any loss of production, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss or damage to customer or reputation, loss of entitlement to compensation, (ii) any uncertainty about the information provided by the user (iii) any (direct, indirect, consequential or criminal) damages, losses or charges incurred by the user following or in connection with the use, inability to use or delayed use of the website,(iv) any (personal) injury, death, personal property damage, or other damages, losses or charges suffered by the user. 
Intellectual property rights
The company is the owner and sole proprietor of all copyrights to the content and structure of the website except as expressly stated (third party copyright, affiliates and entities). All content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products provided, and generally all archives of the website, are copyright and registered trademarks and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions and treaties. Reproduction, copying, downloading, unauthorized use, sale, resale or any exploitation of all or part of the content of the Website is prohibited.

Orders  
A contract with the company (eg purchase of products) through the e-shop does not require registration in the e-shop. Orders can be made in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant form available at the Store. The contract expires at the moment when the customer receives notification that the order status is marked "Shipped". Other order status updates appear on the user's screen and are e-mailed to the contact email address provided by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the availability of stock of the ordered products is also confirmed. In case the availability or delivery time differs from the one listed on the product's page, the user will receive an update.
Guarantee
The Company provides one-year commercial guarantee of good operation and free repair beginning from the physical acquisition of the product. The Company does not offer guarantee or guarantee protection for the suitability of a product sold for any particular purpose.
The commercial guarantee covers the free repair of products (labor and spare parts) from normal use. Damages from mishandling, force majeure and generally harmful exogenous factors are not covered. The user is charged with the cost of shipping to and from the repair shop. The guarantee does not apply in case of intervention by an unauthorized technician.
User responsibility
The user/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the online store as provided by law and in accordance with the rules of good faith and conduct. The intention of the company is not to collect personal data of minors. However, as this is not possible to be confirmed by the company, we assume that any minor users of the company's website who may provide personal data through it, have obtained the consent of their parental caregivers or their guardians.
Dispute resolution & Applicable Law
Please be advised that in the event of any dispute arising from a transaction between us, applicable is the Greek law and the civil courts of Athens. The above terms of use are in accordance with the Greek legislation 2251/1994 “Consumer Protection” and it’s amendments as they apply.
